What helps us help you
Photos, if you have them
A few wide shots of the space beat any description. If it is a leak, photograph the stain and, if you can safely, the roof above it. WhatsApp is the easiest way to send them.
A rough idea of your budget
Not a number you are committed to, just a range. It changes what we recommend, and it stops us designing something that was never going to work financially.
When you would like it finished
If there is a date that matters, a wedding, a tenant moving in, family coming home, tell us at the start. Sometimes it changes how we sequence the work, and occasionally it means we tell you honestly that we are not the right team for the timeline.
Whether anyone has quoted already
We do not mind being the second or third quote. It helps to know what you have been told, especially if two builders have given you very different answers about the same problem.
